Not starting on new install
Okay so I read the previous thread and they said uninstalling and starting it before installing SS mod helped, but I deleted all local files, I see no trace of SS mod in the folder, and it's still not launching even on a new install. No idea what to do to get this working.

Running Windows 10, and it just restarted last night with an update, so everything on my system should be the newest version.

I recentely upgraded to Windows 10 and was getting really bad screen tearing I know this has nothing to do with the main topic but after getting this driver.

http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/84889/en-us

It made it so vsync worked becuase I would enable vsync in the control panel and it would not work no matter what I did, that driver fixed it for me just a heads up. But have you tried verifying the games cache? If so what does it look like when it's not launching? I'll try to help as best as I can.

Thanks mate, I'll keep this in mind. I uninstalled, varified cache, all that ♥♥♥♥ and it wouldn't load at all. Just gave me the spinning circle for a second and gave up, no warnings or errors. So I manually deleted the entire folder after uninstalling and reinstalled, works fine now. I'm installing SS Mod now, but the config file isn't named StyleSwitcher in the final version, so the name is clashing. I changed it so I hope it still works. Any other tips for the config file, like any changes I should make?

Scratch that. Will SS mod installed again, it's not opening at all.

I see alot of people installing the SS mod wrong sometimes and because of that the game won't run same thing happened to me when first installing it. I got the icon as if it's starting but then doesn't there's some patching and stuff you have to do to make the mod work.

Here's a step by step guide on how to install the mod

It could take a little while to install it but it's worth it. If you're still having trouble just ask, more than happy to help.

That's weird, I followed the directions on the creators page, and even checked with a step-by-step picture guide. I'll see if this video has any differences...

Yeah it didn't work for me when doing it off of the creators page. But the video fixed everything. It's alot easier to understand when you can see it just download all the stuff it says to do in the video and you should be good once you're done installing it. Let me know how it goes when you're finished.

Well, look at that. Mod page didn't say anything about AFSE or exporting those files. Thanks for the save, I can finally enjoy this gem again.
