I removed this attribute,
changed the game to run as administrator for all users,
then I made a text file on desktop by the name of sav0.sav and copy it to the game installation folder,
then I removed the .sav part from the file,
I started the game as an administrator,
finished level 1 saved the game and then in the game folder the save file was there.
