Game crashes on startup

Can't seem to get the game to run since this new patch. In the old one, it was fine. But now, I start the game and it says Running (and runs in the Task Manager) but I don't actually get the game window to come up. No common solutions work so far (restarting Steam, closing other games or apps that were running, etc)

Not having this issue with any other games. Any ideas, guys?
