Thanks for all the feedback so far! We've been browsing it and already fixing. We'll release a hotfix as soon as possible during the weekend, taking care of first set of issues.

One of them is Eastern Theater CSA recruitment - found a bug here that basically left CSA with less recruits than intended, causing lack of recruitment, which in turn causes the CSA AI go passive... a sort of domino-effect.

Army of Occupation won't move. I'm a year and 2 months in and all they do is move back forth. Just the same map movement. Def not complaining, i know it's a lot. Thanks for the game guys!!!!!!

My unit is still saying it's in its first battle after I've fought a battle and am deployed into a second. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong. I love the update though, it's very well done.

anyone having good luck answering the questions and getting good Leadership Traits?

You can improve your characters attributes with actions, companions, staff. Having low-mediocre attributes to start with is normal =)

Oh thank god I thought I that was the case. The ai basiclly went passive for like 6 months.

Ya'll shouldda done the American revolution. Woke society is trying to erase civil war history from America, ya'll were brave to take on the endeavor. Good on you. Fun game.

give us the option to roll back to a version that works. the latest version with or without the DLC just does not work its bugged big time. cant recruit any units till the war starts. and as it can take months to recruit units by the time the war starts u have nothing to fight with.

Normally i start buolding the regular army as soon as soon as i can as it takes that about 130 to train them and the war has already stared before their ready. now u have to wait til the war starts before u can start to recruit new units so the war will be over before u can even train new units as u have nothing to fight with.
IE played 7 campaings now with W&L and the war was over before 20th June 1861. i just get steam rollerd right from the start and lose every army as they juts can no get new units in them and havnt got enough men to hold back the enemy.

plus the game files get corrupted just by starting it but thats always been a prob with the game. start a game set it up then save then quit check integraty of the files and find lots of them r corrupted and need to reaquire them.

When i installed W&L DLC 13 files were corrupted so had to reaqruire them played for 5 mins found the game is bugged to hell so verified files again and it said 30 failed. got them sorted out played another 5 mins bugged again and again more files were corrupted.
removed W&L and the game still does not run the way it used to so its the update put on just before W&L release that screwed things up. and no roll back option.

Yes, the Eastern scenario is broken. I'm currently in May 1863 and the CSA is entirely passive and defending on Richmond. USA doesn't do that much either. I haven't played a single battle in the 1862-1862 period, which means that I fon't get prestige and I'm stuck at regiment level. The 1861 battles provided little prestige, as my small, inexperienced regiment wasn't able to get many kills - probably as designed, but combined with the lack of AI activity, this means that I get get much of a career.

Strangely, all these inactive officers have been accumulating fame like crazy - my officer hardley fought any battles and he's now Legendary.

Hopefully the recruitment bug you found will take care of the issue. I'll probably revert ot AOM while waiting for the patch. Too bad, the Eastern map is cool and the scenario has the potential to be action-full.

Is anyone else having replenishment issues? Currently leading the 1 MI Brigade, got down to about 300 troops, decided to go home to replenish, came back to 300 troops. Looks like alot of the Brigades are super low throughout the army with newer ones being made around 900 troops

Am I just supposed to abandon the 1 MI ? lol

For me, the entire union army has moved itself out into a spread through multiple towns, and are now just stuck in permanent attrition and low morale.

Also, weight seems to always go up, even on the lowest ration settings?

Noticed several units in while playing US and CS with extremely high attrition. Hampton Legion by August 1861 had 101 men and somehow 370 not fit for action. The thing is, the troops that are sick/injured never come back to the unit
