but yes. i would enjoy a GT American Revolution game or Napoleonic wars. Hope the team is making good money on this game so it is possible
Yes, UA is primarily a Navel game, but there are several Navel plus Land engagements or Navel amphibious engagements, that are just plane fun to play. Note I did say that GTACM is much more detailed and versatile than UA. I am also saying that even though UA is primarily a navel game at lease you have both active player involvement in Navel Action and Land Battles.
How do the naval and land battle's stack up, is there a playable British faction, and is there skirmish mode to fight any of the sea or land battles I want Or can I only do that in campaign mode? Seeing as development has more or less come to a halt with this game and there's no mission/campaign editor, that's gonna be a deal breaker.
Still working on Game Labs in creating the Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts.
The Navel Battles are better than the Land Fights but my option fun. Three campaigns British , Early American, and Barberie Coast (DCL). British campaign mostly French and Spanish but some of the American Revolution. American involves mostly British, Barberie Coast Pirates. Yes there are individual Land and Sea Battles and a Costume Land and Sea Battles. It is what it is. Unlike GTACW you take on the persona of one of the Great Navel leader of US or Brit and can customize said leader. Where it is similar to GTACW there are several items in the game that can be developed and/or customized to conduct operations as you see fit. Again it is what it is.
