Report a translation problem
As for capping corps and divisions, I don't think that is needed. If you put all your troops in 1 corps, that corps becomes super strong, but the enemy can invade from the other side of the map if you are not careful, because you only have the 1 corp. Or you can have multiple corps protecting every road into your territory preventing invasion, but since they are weaker there is a good chance a larger corps might be formed to attack your lines.
There was a post I made in another thread that gave an idea for how they could do a division game to give it a better feel and prevent Promoting to many officers to MG.

Also: isnt there a benefit from less order delay on the battlefield with corps structure because divisions get orders from corpscommanders. So you can spread wider on the battlefield and your troops must not be in the sight of the armycommander?
