Leader's KIA/Wounded/Captured

I was recently watching 'History Guy Gaming' youtube channel where JEB Stuart was killed at Fredericksburg. It got me thinking to a few proposed ideas.

1. Could we possibly see the opponents leaders who have been killed, wounded or captured, perhaps after the battle in the reports or possibly in a newspaper update a week or two later (captured enemy newspaper reports). I think most players would like to know if they have been able to kill/wound or capture valuable enemy commanders that wont ruin their day later in the war.

2. Could we also perhaps have a ledger somewhere that we can see a list of all our current officers that have been either killed, wounded or captured (listing dates, location and possible current return to service?)

3. Lastly, when raising a Brigade, there is a history tab next to the Commander and Unit descriptions, will this tab have history scripted into it such as which battles it has fought and perhaps what units it has managed to capture etc. Would add a lot of extra character to the game and also lends itself to having the player feel attached to said units.

I really like this idea. I'm always big on stats being recorded. Would be cool just to have a list of the battles with the numbers in them as well. Perhaps some graphs showing losses over time as well.

Good ideas. Even if it didn’t automatically give you a battle history of said leader maybe the devs could leave the history box open so we could write our own more detailed account.

In my current campaign the Union ai would get excited knowing they killed Robert E. Lee.

I may be mistaken; but, this already is happening....

First, the newspaper article following a battle typically announces major leaders KIA/WIA.
Second, in your officer mgmt panel, those WIA are so listed. (I don't remember about those KIA).

Certainly correct this, if I've missed the mark.
