I don't think there's any visible nudity in the game. Vernon mentioned something about unlockable pin up images of characters during a Geek and Sundry stream. Plus if the game does well enough and there's a demand, then NSFW patch is a possiblity.

it does have a nsfw tag, but i wonder if it is going to be like tv nsfw (where the dirty deeds are done inbetween scenes and we don't see anything too bad) or is it going to be like DMMD nsfw (where we see EVERYTHING). I kind of hope it is the first tbh

There is NSFW content in the game. From what I have seen from the game grumps live stream its a black screen. As far as I know there is NOTHING, visually or textually, graphic about the sex scenes (assuming theres more than one)
