Does anyone else dislike Brian?

Does anyone else dislike Brian?

It really feels as if the developers kind of throw him at you as being the 'perfect' Dad for you - he tells Dad jokes, he's got a kid, he's overbearing, but sweet, (!) when I personally found the other Daddies far more intresting and variable and he seems tailor made for your arc - letting go of Amanda and moving past your husband's death and forging new connections, when the other playthroughs are a lot less on the nose about it. Amanda's 'fishy' comment at the end of every playthrough seems to suggest that the developers consider it somewhat canocial, where I'd rather more of a sense of choice.

Don't get me wrong, I loved the game, but with Brian, it really felt as if I was being steered towards something - when I'd rather prefer having choice.

Yeah, I don't like Brian either. All of them are pretty generic but for me the others had more appealing qualities, whether it had been in appearence or personality. I liked Damien the most.

I actually really hated Brian LOL I'm glad I'm not the only one.

I didn't like Brian very much. My favorite was "Goth Dad," Damien.

I gotta stand up for Brian - he was one of my faves (I got a weakness for pecs & pot-bellies). But I wish the game would have given some more non-confrontational dialogue options. It was frustrating to be forced into constantly competing with him when I just wanted my character to nuzzle him and rub his belly... or scratch him behind the ears... or pat him on the butt. XD
