Unfortunately, as far as I know, there's no easy way to extract files from those, to get to the audio files. There's a project called "disunity[github.com]" that worked for older Unity versions, but it doesn't work on current Unity versions at all anymore. Newer Unity versions changed how the asset files are structured and the person working on disunity hasn't updated the tool (because that is actually a lot of work, to find out how a file format works without any official specifications).
EDIT: Or maybe I'm wrong there, my information out of date: there does seem to be a (Windows-only, non-FLOSS) tool now that allegedly can open Unity asset files. Google for "Unity Assets Bundle Extractor".
