Amanda Good Ending Story Issue

Am I the only one who goes, "WHAT?" at the end when Amanda tells you she is going out to get ice cream with the Emmas? Her entire story arc is focused around her being upset because they're terrible friends (which they really, really are). No matter what you choose to tell her at the end of your discussion, it has the same theme of "That isn't really friendship, and you'll find better people along the way."

She tells you that she'll keep that in mind. And you don't hear anything else about her troubles with the backstabbers. Then she has all of a sudden patched things up by the time you hit the ending of the game? How? Why? When? Where? What?

If they were going to have Amanda reconcile with them, I think they should have added in some dialogue indicating that instead of a sudden, "Hey, yeah, I'm back with the jerk friends again! Bye!"

Then again, my go-to dadvice on the topic is, "Those aren't real friends," because they're not. I had "friends" like that. They were terrible people. They're STILL terrible people.

Hah. Yes. It's so confusing. I feel like they must've changed Amanda's storyline at some point, but left that part in the ending? Maybe it's actually part of her bugged bad ending instead? I don't know.

Oh my gosh yes! I thought I had missed something in my playthrough where they had reconciled. It was driving me crazy and I am glad other people noticed it too.
