Doesn't mean it's not inclusive thought!! You get to choose if your character is bi/pan and has loved women before! You also get to choose if they're transgender or not!!!! Cool huh??

To give you a real answer — while the game gives you the option to have a bisexual ( or other identifying ) playable/main character, you do not have the option of romancing females. Just the men. <3
