I've combed some reviews but haven't seen a clear answer. I mean, this is what I really wanna know. How graphic does this get?

Like not at all. There are mentions of kissing and implied sex, but nothing is shown or dragged on about. Super tame. But there are some mature jokes sprinkled in there, so... beware?

Literally the dirtiest thing I've seen is when one character says "This is where I come to masturbate" and of course he's just messing with you.

As far as I've seen, nope. Nothing dirty except for like implied narration about sex and stuff. Kinda makes me conflicted though. On one hand I like that they made the game more "tasteful" and not crazy lewd and more laid-back, but at the same..... I want my Robert h-scenes........

Tbh most of those games are Japanese and usually not translated. The only one that I know of that was officially translated into English is called No Thank You, and I honestly wasn't a huge fan of it.

Definitely rec Coming Out on Top, if you haven't played it yet.

"Coming Out on Top" is a very 18+ BL game that's targeted towards more western audience if you're looking for something like that. It's too explicit for steam, though, I think.

Another 18+ BL one is Starfighter: Eclipse (which has a BL comic it stems from).

Not sure if you're just looking for 16+ or 18+ but that's the ones on the top of my head, besides NTY (which is a japanese game).

Coming out on top would be perfect for you 👌. Long story short, you are a college student you just come out to your roommates and then you pretty much live your life until graduation. There are 6 main love interest ( I will not spoil further) and well a lot of brofinder dates ( pretty much Grindir one night stands) the game is pretty graphic with the sex scenes by providing narrative and dirty pictures ( there is a censored version tho) There are multiple endings some good some bad ( one ending may even find you dead) the games costs around 20 bucks if I am not mistaken but it's worth it ( also the body hair and facial hair of all 6 of your main love interests is customizable)

Another good recommendation is Super Health Club. It's slightly less visual novel than the others with more gameplay elements. I agree that Coming Out On Top is great, and also recommend Starfighter: Eclipse. All three of these are very sexy, with very different art styles.

[Unacceptable Condition]

An official English translation of Hadaka ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ (Naked Butlers) just came out, but that one gets extremely messed up. I am not one for trigger warnings, but yeah... The main character is a sadist. It's actually supposed to also be a dark comedy, which it kind of is, depending on your tolerance level for certain topics.
