Makes sense according to his file. Just not the typical month/day/year layout is what throws you off at first.

Either there's something wrong with me, or there's something wrong with your puzzle. I already got the numbers you mention, but I've been trying various combinations of those numbers and nothing seems to work.

The problem was, I hadn't realized you have to click the red button in order to actually apply the code you entered.
