games nowadays usually if not always ship with config files which are generally stored in the documents folder , they usually contain an ini dedicated to gamesettings where gore is usually listed. Whether you manage to pull of the mighty task at hand to set the value to 0 or the commands to false is a tough ask i'm not gonna lie.
