How to move game window to second monitor?
For particular reasons I do my gaming on my second monitor. However, this is the first time I've been unable to find a way to even move the game window to my second monitor. win+left/right doesn't work. Trying to move the title bar while windowed moves the game window out of screen and I'm forced to full screen to bring it back. Did I miss a config file somewhere where I can set this? This is frustrating. :\

move to other monitor is shift + win + L/R

Yeah, just Win + LR makes the window take up half of the screen. Very useful if you want to play a movie and use a web browser for example.
