However, if you want to get the achievements both by yourself you need to start a new game.
You'll get 'Abandon Ship', if you have watched all the death scenes aboard but leave the ship when the storm comes without entering all possible fates.
For Captain did it, you have to sort a picture to every name correctly, but enter a death by the hand of the Captain to absolutely everyone including the captain himself.
(Also I think they need to be wrong causes of death even for those crewmembers the capatin actually killed)
So for example if someone got shot by crewmember x, chose 'was killed by the captain with an axe'.
On the other hand, you may need to have 0 correct fates at the end for the achievement to count. For safety, I intentionally put the wrong causes of death for the few people actually killed by the captain.
I could be wrong about the 0 correct fates part, but I didn't want to risk it.
And the only person I identified was the captain. I left the rest unknown and still got the achievement after leaving the ship and waiting for the cutscene afterwards to end.
So regardless of how you write how the captain killed them, it won't matter if you leave them unknown.
