Possible bug with Edward Spratt (spoilers)

Hi, I have discovered the correct fate of everybody but 4 guys:
-Edward Spratt.
-Zungi Sathi.
-Martin Perrott.
-Phillip Dahl.
I am completely sure about who the four of them are, and also that the last two can not be unblocked until the end, in chapter VIII.
I have checked in a wikia (something that I wanted to avoid) the exact phate of Edward and Zungi, and after realizing that I made a mistake with the accidental killer of Zungi (I was thinking that the blond guy was Nathan Peters, not Charles Miner), I corrected it and no change.
I think that for some reason the game has not recognized the fate of Edward Spratt: I have selected it in the moment I watched his death, and even when I have changed it several times (strangled, devoured, crushed by the beast, etc), the game has made groups of three with everybody else, and not with one of the easiest ones.

There was definitely a bug. I started a new game and could complete the whole without problems.
