What's your favorite monitor setting?
Just wondering what graphic settings people are using. I've been using the IBM 8503(?) setting. Seems like the most coventional B/W choice (the LCD choice is a little TOO black). Some, I can't even imagine playing with (like the Commodor 64 one), but maybe some like the "blue look" idk... So, whatcha all been using?

Same as you, the dark grey one. The default one would be ok as well, all the others... not so much.

I love love love the macintosh display. That very slight tint is just beautiful.

I did a playthrough on the default settings, I just did one on LCD with sharp visuals. I enjoyed both, though Macintosh is a bit easier on the eyes.

Played through the whole thing on LCD/Smooth visuals, I liked that the best.

I switched between Macintosh, the Zenith, and the IBM one at various times. I ended up using the IBM one the most.

I definitely couldn't have used the super brightly colored ones. I didn't imagine I was playing on an old computer screen, I kind of imagined I was looking at some sort of artwork. So the apple green and commodore 64 blue was a no go for me.

I've been playing in about 1~2 hour sessions, and switching the colour scheme for each session. This helps me when I'm reviewing my screenshots, since I can quickly tell which images were from a particular session.

I like the Zenith one - it's kinda like the default, but stronger, and definitely gives everything a burnt parchment feel.

Zenith purely for the fact that for me it's the easiest on my eyes. Don't get fatigue too quickly, and it looks nice.

I'd really like more control over the display options. The shrink resolution at the fullscreen size would look fantastic, and not be quite so tiring. And being able to choose these colours with sliders or wheels would allow greater freedom to find the most comfortable setting for anyone.
