Help with a last fate

There is what looks to me like a murder at the bottom of the ship where a dude has lost a leg and swedish person yells "era dårar" and I feel as if I know who yells that due to what the captain says but the dude who dies, I can't seem to put in the correct name and reason for death. He was killed by that dude with a sword but it's still wrong. i don't really want the exact answer, i just feel like I have no clue how to solve it.

I appreciate the answer! I guess I explained myself slightly poorly because the problem i am having is: The name of the person that gets killed, because from what it seems he doesn't LOOK swedish but i might be wrong. the murderer I am pretty certain of but not the identity of the victim

the murderer is Swedish. the Surgeon says the name of the guy dying.
