You can softlock the last achievement, be careful

Well I found out the hard way you can softlock any achievement from counting towards your progression if you unlock 2 or 3 achievements at the same time, I had to restart everything with SAM because if you use a macro to progress it will unlock multiple achievements at once and one of them won't register, thats why some people have 19 out of 20 unlocked even tho they got everything...
