Switchblade's "Carve Up"
The Gangster enemy Switchblade has an ability it uses every so often called "Carve Up", a x3 flurry attack that drains 25hp with each strike, so minimum 75hp each time assuming no shield-pierce.

I never had much issues with this opponent on lower difficulties cuz hp-pools are low enough that they maybe only get 1-2 moves off before death, but on Entropy it is quite problematic, particularly on a Lieutenant with boosted health and frontline mobs. This is on the 1st planet too, where your average hp per character is around 150, and you are extremely lucky to have found any health drain items yet.

It's actually the first bonus area enemy I've ever lost a run on, solely on account of it being an indefensible attack that can fire off back-to-back, making shield regeneration useless. I don't think it should trigger the health drain each fury strike, but rather once per attack.

There was a Switchblade that had an Instant Carve Up upon entering the first fight on the Flagship, on Entropy V. I did this run 3 days ago.

After 200+ hours of gameplay, it was the first time I really got annoyed by this game.
He instantly leeched half of my Davion's Health before I could do anything.

If I hadn't chosen one of three routes that gave me a Medikit, that would've screwed my run.

He's too strong on high difficulties it's never worth fighting him and the bonus dungeon that contains him.

Dude, this just happened to me on Extreme.
He used his instant attack like 3 times in a row in the SAME TURN.
