Couldn't open Epic Chest

Title says it all. I beat an Elite enemy, pretty easily too, all to get an Epic Quality chest that wouldn't open. What the heck.

Just had the same issue. Disappointing

Edit: i saved + exited, afterwards i was able to open it

yep it is a bug you can trigger it by alt+tab
