what trigger the ship event on map 2 and 3

I had 12 runs, and not even once triggered ship. is just very bad luck on rng or there is something I should be doing?

Bonzai101, I got the Temple and Factory events without killing Warmonger or Eternalists many maps. However those events don't trigger the space ship event. I got the space ship only once and I don't know why until now.

Every time I've triggered it to date, it's been on of those listed, no guarantee though.
If you think it's something else triggering it, I'm all ears.

I think its related to the closing areas but cant be sure.

The other factor I can think of (not for the ship showing up), is you've usually cleared an area with a temple, cave mouth, factory or the like

I have had the ship event three times. Don't know what trigger it. Maybe there is some randomness to it.

IO've never encountered the ship and cave/temple/warmonger HQ in a single zone its alays been one or the other as tot riggering the side area's ive had times when its come after ive killed the special stack and other times its appeared before, Ive had special side areas spawn with an enemy stack and others on an empty tile.

so today I had the ship event, I just played normally. I didnt do anything different.

also can the same map trigger have both events ? the dungeon and ship.

I have had two events on the same map one time. One was the temple the other I don't remember.

I had a Corporation Factory event and a ship event on the same map.

I can conform that you DONT need to kill faction unit to trigger subareas/dungeon. sharing screenshot.

it still it dose not clear if you need to trigger the faction dialogue or not.
