does this game play on modern system / win 11 without issue or is there a work around needed or a github fix ?

works great on my end. only issue you might encounter is in mission 6, where your game might constantly crash during the green eyes boss fight. i'm not sure if there's a more permanent fix, but turning off concurrent rendering worked for me.
