can we have the option to buy a Colonies Edition-upgrade for this version of the game?

Hello ... I'm a huge fan of this game as well as the series it started, you see I have Lost Planet: Extreme Condition version of the game ... but I noticed there is a Colonies Edition of this game, it has more stuff in it than in this version but I'm happy with this version an I don't want to spend any more money for this game ... but i got an idea ... how about a purchasable option to upgrade this version to Colonies Edition it wouldn't be too expensive and it saves time on a ton of trouble like remaking the game or something ... Planetary Annihilation is doing it with the sale-option to upgrade Planetary Annihilation to its planetary Annihilation: Titan version, and a few other games are doing it too with special Edition dlc's so why can't this game too?

I'd be up for that. when i upgraded to a new PC it was not easy to backup my save files and resintall GFWL again. Wish it was steamworks so badly.

The only problem with this is that, at least according to what i've read, Colonies Edition is still using GFW Live and there's no support for multiplayer between Extreme Condition and Colonies.
