Is there any differences between this 2 games Lost Planet: Extreme Condition & Lost Planet: Extreme Condition Colonies Edition?

LPEC lacks content and uses Steamworks and has VAC support.
LPECCE has more singleplayer and multiplayer modes, maps, and weapons. There are new layouts along with two classic layouts for each legacy map and all weapons have been rebalanced. There are leaderboards for multiplayer and arcade modes. It uses GFWL and supports cross-play between PC and Xbox 360, though voice chat between both platforms is broken. This version does not have VAC support.
Both titles are standalone and their multiplayer are not compatible with each other.
GFWL has NOT been shut down contrary to popular belief. No, you don't need to pay a subscription.

And how about Lost Planet 2 is it still available on Steam? I can't manage to find it, whenever I try to search it on a browser or on Steam I always get this messeage:

Colonies and LP2 are part of the Games For Windows Live games that are region-locked from a lot of countries, preventing anyone from non-profitable regions from purchasing or even seeing the games in the Steam store.
