Question ? Is there something wrong with the game ?

I've been playing the game in normal mode and everything was fine till I got to Mission 8. I got the super tank into the lava and blast the tank with rockets but the tank keeps going no matter what I do. The first time I played the game I didn't have this problem. Everything that should work doesn't.

I haven't had this issue. If he takes damage, just keep going. If not, try restarting
