which game to play first?

i have both tale of wuxia and tale of wuxia the pre-sequel with the nether realms DLC. if i want to have the best storyline, what order should i play?

I would recommend you play the normal wuxia first and then the prequel, i think even though normally the prequel should be played first, i feel like this one already assumes you know a lot from the previous game, like in some of the endings that feature the previous protagonist and one bonus fight that takes place after the story of the first game

Agreed, I recommend you to play tale of Wuxia first, then follow by pre-sequel too. some of the scenes from pre-sequel are more like an Easter-egg

tale of wuxia first, they are both connected, if you play this first u wont want to play the other one ever

this is the second game, that one is the first and has characters from this one

and u start as nobody on that one
