Where can i find Finger Sills

With Fatty Yue on your team, buy the strange device from the pawnshop in Luoyang. A random event may then happen in the overworld and you can get a really good finger art manual.

It's the right item. Maybe it requires you to be further on in the game, or perhaps you were not lucky enough to get that random event?

any other finger skills worth having? I maxed out all the skills I've got on Gu :(

There's a finger technique you can get after helping Shaolin after randomly getting the event in the overworld where Tianlong Cultists say that Yaksha might be trapped in Shaolin.
I think there's also a finger art manual you can pick up in Luoyang if you have Fatty Yue in your party.

I need time to write that information up in a organized and accurate guide when I get the chance. In general, try to steal from unique enemies (Mahōraga and Nangong Longfei especially), steal from monkeys or bears or what have you when rumors about their stealing martial arts manuals pop up, and buy from the mysterious merchant whenever and wherever he appears.

In luoyang city you just need fatty yue in your party. Go to the empty house before the entrance to the village and search the bookshelf.

Sidenote: Finger skills are considered Qigong (energy manipulation) arts, just like musical skills and energy blast skills.
