Remove/Replace walking noise
I can't stand the walking noise. it's just the right pitch that it digs into my brain. Anyone know the file name so i can replace or at least remov eit?

Yeah the walking noise tends to be annoying but after looking at the 737 sounds files, i believe the footstep file is called "00000440" and it's in a folder called "Sound".

Dont follow Trashy's advice. Deleting any file from the game will only end in an error. Instead, If you own RPG Maker 2003 you have to open the steam file of the game and copy-paste it into the RPG Maker 2003 folder under documents. Then you can open RM2003 and remove it manually. Then save your new version of the game and It's gone! you can replace it or just get rid of it. Don't delete it though, That's a huge mistake. Just don't.

Thats a good advice however i never said delete it, which its really dumb, but i just named the file so this person can either change the pitch in audacity or something along those lines lmao.

Deleting 000004400 does not result in any errors, and does remove the annoying default high-pitched footstep sound. You do not need to do all this extra BS you're proposing.
