Is there anything special I have to do to use Eye Palm / Medamaude?
I press the button (Enter, Z, or the controller button) and it does nothing. (The button works for interacting and stabbing with the knife, so I don't know wtf.)

Press 1, same applies to most if not all effects (for the knife all it does is switch hands).

Ah, numpad 1, ok. I should use something to map that to a controler button.
