What am I supposed to do
Sooooo I just got this game, explored a few worlds and got some effects but nothing interesting happens. The only thing that I found interesting was when I was being chased by two malnourished girls and then trapped in a forest forever. There was also that time when I was placed in this white world coming out of some laughing abomination. Then I got bored, saved the game and left.


What exactly am I meant to do here?

There isn't really an aim to the game, its main appeal is exploring the many worlds and seeing what crazy stuff you can find.
You can reach the ending by obtaining all the effects and dropping them in the Nexus (the room of doors).

Finding all the effects and dropping them (By equiping them and then pressing 5) in the nexus is the main goal, but exploring is really fun. There are loads of different worlds to explore.
