Found A Way To Fix The Low Audio Bug

Funnily enough, I opened steam to refund the game, then I decided to do one last desperate random audio configuration to try to fix the game, and it worked.

On Windows 7, click on the audio icon on the system tray, and then click on the speaker icon above the audio volume slider, go to "enhancements" and check "loudness equalization", click ok.

That fixed for me, hope it helps someone.

Yes, it works by lowering high volumes and boosting low ones.
