Awful Camera
Anyone else have issues with the absolutely terrible camera? I'm playing on pro controller mode so I don't know if that's the issue, but damn is the camera terrible.

Especially camera sensitivity. And switching targets. If I want to untarget an enemy in front of me to target a bigger enemy behind me it is a collasal pain in the♥♥♥♥♥and is nigh impossible at times.

At full tilt the right stick only rotates the camera like 10 degrees every second.

Am I missing something? I want to like this game...but dayum.

I have issues with the camera while playing with the mouse, but that's because the it's emulating the right stick and I'm playing on the bed.
The targets change by moving the mouse accidentally sometimes.
Changing targets on keyboard doesn't seem to work like on PS2, I either lock-on, or don't lock at all, not being able to switch targets.

What you described, seems like how it was though.
You could change targets when in lock-on by titlting the stick relative to their position on the screen.
It's not very intuitive, you need to have good spatial awareness while the camera/enemies move around so much.
When you had, say, a formation and you wanted to select the commander, it could be tricky, even with the right stick on PS2.
The camera's turning isn't suposed to be THAT slow (10º/sec) but it's not meant to be very fast either.

The game is built around lock-on targeting, which targets the nearest one allowing you to switch when you need to prioritize.

BTW, do you expect the game to play like a normal third person shooter? ZoE is not like GTA, some Tomb Raiders or MGR, which have some convenient lock-on.
It's a tad different than these and it's more focused on fighting in close range (with constant lock-on) than long range.

The camera isn't great, but a lot of that comes down to how fast-paced the game is. Ninja Gaiden 2 has a similar issue, and like that game there's all sorts of defensive tools you have to protect yourself when you hear audio cues for incoming attacks.

There's also a bit of a Virtual-On thing going on, where part of the whole challenge of the game is learning proper camera skills. It gets easier.

All that said, I think the right-stick is pretty solid for target switching.
