How do I start New Game Plus?

I see the options for:

New Game
Load Game
Options
Training
Bonuses
Versus
Extra Missions
Legal
Exit Game

But I don't see an option for new game plus.

There is no NGP option. Once you beat the game for the first time, you can start a new one with plus features as upgraded version of Jehuty and all subweapons from the start.
