Why is it that I am unable to use my occulus controllers for this game? It's completely unresponsive. You would think that a game that connects to steamVR would also accept the controllers inputs. This is highly unacceptable.

Any Windows Mixed Reality controllers support. Just about the same if it's working with a Rift

Did anyone ever hear anything useful about this? Oculus controllers are just ignored. I highly doubt this is a problem at the user end, given the utter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this game's controls and configuration are.

the store page for the game has always expressly stated that it only supports gamepad inputs regardless of VR or desktop mode.
it's not that hard to just plug in a gamepad!

thanks for the warning that oculus touch controllers are not supported, i almost bought the game

I think that's because the touch controllers are missing two shoulder buttons and D-pad. That and having ascend on one hand and descend on the other would be really weird.

This may sound subjective, but if I'm completely honest, ZOE2 plays way better on a gamepad than the touch controllers anyway. If you really wanted to, you could look for third-party programs that emulate touch controller input into gamepad controls, but I would just not even bother and just plug in a PS/XB controller and be play it as intended.
