Game is Japanese with Japanese dubbing - can't switch to English.

I set language to English in Steam Properties of the game, my Steam is set to English as well but the game launches in Japanese with Japanese dubbing and Japanese subtitles. How is this even possible, I thought the game was English only?

I'm guessing you'd want to refund the game and/or talk to Steam support to figure out why that happened.

Hi,
I've got a key for a review too. When I start the game for the first time (4 september I think), the menus and subtitles are in french, and the audio in english.
I started the game yesterday and menus, subtitles and audio are now in japanese only.
I've seen there was an update the september 9th.
I've try to remove and re-install the game, but I've always the japanese version.
I've got an other key (maybe for europe) but Steam tell me that I can't use the code because I've already have the game.
So I'm stuck with the japanese version :(
The game is not called "ANUBIS ZONE OF THE ENDERS" for me.
