Missable items
It seems there's a few of these which are dependent on quest stages so I have a couple of questions.

1. Are they only affected by the main quest?

2. Does this only apply to special items like feathers and artefacts or do I have to re-explore all the map again after each stage so I don't miss weapons and consumables?

The only really missable items that are "important" are black and white feathers. and its only a few and they arent necessary for any achievements or anything. just a collectible that raises some stats

EDIT, the missable ones can only be found during specific parts of town construction. so everytime you notice a change in town just search all of the construction sites. (as well as the tutorial feather)
