Touch screen or mouse support / custom res

I'm playing this on a Surface pro 4, I have to play in windowed mode and constantly keep a small virtual kebord on screen.
For now the only thing you can do with touch is make the text advance, you need a keyboard or a game pad for all the other controls.
Also, is it possible to force a windowed 16:9 resolution higher than 2048x1152? I'd like to avoid using Win10 upscale function and the other available higher resolutions will horribly stretch the image.

I would also like to add my voice to the call for proper mouse support. It's kind of mind boggling that a vn doesn't have mouse support.
