Hitomi and Tanaka?

So the game never explained why she had his phone number in her cell phone? Did I miss it? And for the record I beat the game and even did all the little side stories. I did not get all the bad endings though I don’t know if maybe it was explained in one of those?

I assumed they were just friends. Don't think it was ever properly explained.

Yeah well me and my friend thought it was weird because he was her father’s coworker and much older than her almost 20 years and even Osawa said “why is she talking to him?” So I thought it would end up being significant but then they just kind of threw it under the rug and ignored it. Kind of annoying!

I think it was mostly to signify how little Osawa actually knows about his peers, inlusing his own daughters.

I guess Tanaka had her phone number was the plan of Alphard setting up for both of them to inject the virus to Hitomi (and for the comedy of Achi's middle age man fantasy as well , but yeah, the story should explain that part but since Alphard eliminated Tanaka with the bomb already so no point for Osawa to put his concern to this matter anyway.
