SMITE rewards still not recieved
Bought Venus + founderspack a week ago and i have still not recieved my SMITE rewards yet even after contacting support.

Not acceptable.

Hey Sam Hunter,

Just to clarify a few things.

1. Do you play SMITE on Xbox, PS4, or PC?
2. Do you use the same login on SMITE as you do for Hand of the Gods?

Most people that have run into this issue are on console, and do not have their Hi-Rez and console accounts linked properly. If you're on console please use the following URLs to link your accounts:

Xbox Linking: https://www.hirezstudios.com/link/xbox/
PS4 Linking: https://www.hirezstudios.com/link/playstation/

Once you've done that, you'll have to send in another support ticket and they should be able to make sure you get your SMITE content.

Hi Adanas,

PC.

Same account i play smite and HOTG on. BigMack is ingame name in HOTG and RhinoGG is name in SMITE. But its on the same Hi-rez account. and ive supported all your games.

All verified and linked up and long time customer. (no consoles at all)

I recieved the Aphrodite venus skin but other two rewards is still missing (border + bellona skin).

Ive had two support tickets the last week.

Im not mad jsut a little frustated that not even support can answer. I love the games so i hope it gets resolved soon.

When did you contact support on this issue? They should be able to get your account setup once they get to your ticket. If they don't, please let me know and I can escalate the issue.

Update: Hi-rez just sent me an email after waiting 10 days..... they closed my tickets as they expected it was fixed already... im like What the hell... now im actually frustated! Nothing is fixed ...

Sam, you're not the only one having issues with the Smite code. I won a Founder's pack code from a Hirez stream and still haven't received the Smite skin for Bellona/loading screen yet. Using same HIrez account for Smite and Hand of the Gods. Their support took more than a week to reply and now they are asking for screenshots... I like both games, but come on...

Yeah Juks i feel the same way.. we all make mistakes but the way they are handling this is not making me happy.

Hey Sam,

I've directly forwarded your issue to our Support Lead. If it's not fixed by tomorrow, I'll personally make sure you get the content on your account + some Core Packs for your trouble.

Adanas i also have the same issue with the founders pack. I play both on PC on the same Hirez account. im missing these rewards

I had a chat with them, so there shouldn't be anymore issues with getting the rewards on your account.

Still not fixed for me. Just send my THIRD support ticket about the same thing. Not a great experience for me, mind you.

I still got this usse adanas...

I got a mail saying they had applied a hotfix that should have fixed it but it hasent, I am still missing my smite rewards... I mean if you apply a hotfix surely you check to see if my issue is solved before emailing me and saying it "should" be resovled.

Can you help us out?
