Where is Eclss

I like the game but it seems I spend most of my time figuring out where to go, it's really frustrating.
Anyway, wher can I find it?

It's in the maintenance deck. There should be a quick travel location in your faction's Habitat location. Enter and go up the walkway to where your faction companion is (Cobra, Garret, Mathias).

Before you can access ECLSS you have to offer the machine to one of the three factions. That will then grant you access to the Maintenance Deck in that faction's area.

After entering the Maintenance Deck area, you can go underneath to talk with Eli and possibly steal the Eye. But when you want to continue to ECLSS you have to go back to the upper level of the Maintenance Deck (that part threw me off because I forgot where I needed to go) along the bridge.
