That sort of sucks as this requires meta game knowledge.
As you find the implant upgrades over a long period of time. So you do not know what you are choosing between and what you will lock yourself out of......
Maybe either give the information about implants upfront or let us install implant upgrades over each other. We loose the upgrade we had installed but can make an educated choice.
Really also the upgrades?
That I did not notice I remember we were still unsure what the upgrades will do.
Also willing to be a shiny nickel that the 'upgrades' themselves will likely change between what we see now and final form.
Wait so the thing you find in the crypt is not one of the two upgrade choices that locks you out of the other upgrade????
AFAIK, but I don't have an authoritative source, I know the Bridge Officer implant will do something when you get to the Bridge location eventually, but 10% XP doesn't seem comparable in power to the other Intelligence implant upgrades, and you can "upgrade" it via a different menu, so, I don't think it does.
It's not =)
We'll work on making it a bit more clear.
