WHERE CAN I BUY HAZMAT SUITS

I'm at mission control level 7, just before the room with the robots and the gas. I have computers and biotech on two different characters, and really want to level up computers with those skill checks. However, for some reason, I can't use both of my characters to disable both the gas and the turrets and robots. I can sneak both of them to the console no problem with stealth devices, but can't use both of their skills. This wouldn't be an issue, but the gas permanently lowers the HP of all my characters. Saw multiple people say you could buy full hazmat suits in the heart, which would resolve the issue with their 100% toxic res, but for the life of me I could only find the one you steal from that locker, which isn't enough.

I'm at the point where I'm considering cheating to raise biotech on my one character to the level of my other character to pass the gas check, but I would honestly be pissed at having to cheat on something as stupid as this. Am I stupid ? Am I missing a trader somewhere ?

You can steal that one in the heart when you try to steal the power cell.

You can get another in hydroponics red when you go towards the new fight in the basement they added recently, where you get to reset the whole thing.

Ok thanks. Was going crazy with other people claiming you could buy as many as you want from the heart.

Turns out this gas doesn't permanently lower your HP, still kinda miffed I couldn't use the skills of both my characters but it's fine since it's not a permanent debuff.
