Covenant reputation

Hi, I am wondering what are the way to improve Covenant reputation, except for the Harbinger bounty quest? I guess it is really not trivial to have successful interaction with Great Mother if you don't have a good standing with the mutants, and there seems to be not too much ways to do it. Thanks!

If you have high speech skills (8 or maybe 9 I forgot), you can persuade the great mother to give you a fuel cell while telling her about the 1st daughter betrayal. Your covenant reputation will go up afterwards, but it wont be particularly useful.
If you directly steal the fuel cell without ever talking to the great mother, your reputation wont go down.
For me, the only way to get approval from the great mother was to get +1 disposition with charisma 7 or more, and if necessary the additional +1 disposition from the squad leader implant upgrade.

You can get a bonus to covenant reputation if you talk to the Harbinger, then the priest and do what he wants to get Knurl forgiven. That's the only thing I can think of to increase the reputation.
