Discovered that when Evans apparently didn't want a new heart, but he definitely wanted a new spine, can't really see why anyone would refuse the synthetic heart but yay.

They take only implants with stats attached, and they are all followers, not leaders. My take anyway....but I was disappointed too about the heart rejection.

Evans used to be able to take the heart implant in earlier betas, but it was swapped for spinal implant. I think its a good tradeoff, being able to reach 8 strength with an overclocked spinal implant means you can take controlled burst on a smg or rifle build.

To be honest Evans really lacks spine, so it makes sense for him to want one.
