Am I softlocked in the habitat for the church quests?

I honestly dont know what to do, I only found two quests and I didnt get any rep from them. Im looking for quests but there are none...

You don't have to exclusively do church quest you can do some work for the other factions too talk to Anders/Bufford to get them.
For the most part Protectors/Brotherhood is where all the action is at, church faction is more of a passive reactive faction that takes its time plotting and meddles into things at the right time(think of them as opportunistic scavengers in the guise of a morally righteous faction)

Speak to Travis&Anders and ya got a boat load of stuff to do even more so if you offer them the machine in the armory.
