What to do with Morgan? (Spoilers!)
Delta Tower in Hydroponics is occupied by a bunch of squatters and their "tamed" frogs under the leadership of Morgan.

Seems to be relatively friendly.
Nevertheless, Carlos of the Grangers wants them gone.
Preferably in a peaceful way.

So what do you do?

A. Kill the lot. Carlos is not extremely pleased with this. But no severe consequences unless Faythe knows. If she sees you shooting she´ll walk out on you.

B. Sneak in and disable the machine which keeps the frogs in check, ending up in a mutual destruction of frogs and squatters.
Carlos is not extremely pleased with this.
If you let Faythe do this she feels very guilty.

C. Use your eloquent way of conversing to persuade them to leave.
You owe Morgan a favor.

D. Use your combat-reputation for him to leave under threat of violence.
You owe Morgan a favor.

E. Use their familiarity and friendly ties with Faythe to persuade him to leave.
You owe Morgan a favor.

F. Do nothing. When you return from the habitat Carlos informs you how they persuaded/made Morgan and his buddies to leave.

G. Use a (stolen) Regulator badge to persuade Morgan to leave. You owe Morgan nothing.

Note B has a variant where you have Faythe pull the trigger on the machine herself. No serious consequences but she feels guilty.

I almost always do the stealth or diplomatic route. As a frog abolitionist, the computer check is pretty satisfying. Makes me curious if mind controlled frogs is going to come up again at all.

If you have the regulator badge you can pretty much evict them (diplomatically) out on their arse.
And you dont owe him any favors xD

Possible I never noticed it or was too XP greedy to take it but I do not remember seeing an option where you own the guy nothing.....

So, if you kill Morgan, or let Faythe kill Morgan, she doesn't walk out on you?

If you attack Knurl while Jed is there he is going to fight you too.

She'll leave if you start shooting at him. Killing him via frog machine has enough plausible deniability that she won't bail, however.

Update:

If you don´t promise her Morgan won´t be harmed she leaves your party at once.

If you let her disable the force field she is in shock that she has killed her friend.

As I had only room for 2 crewmembers I let her stay at Whiskey Jack´s afterwards.µ
If you try to get her to join the party again you get the following conversation:

After you leave the conversation you can approach her again to ask her to join up, which she will.


If, however you do decide to kill of Morgan and friends, you get some of the best possible early loot in the game in quantity if not in quality:

All ^that^ for switching of a force field. Just need electronics 4.
PLUS: you don´t owe Morgan anything in the future

Morgan may also be useful later on. It's unknown what his future role (if any) will be.

...but in the current build, yeah, I just frog his ass.

Indeed, I hope Morgan gets a very interesting role to prevent him staying a gamey supply of equipment instead of a roleplaying choice with a considerable consequence.

I did the "Faythe killed them" one on accident the first time around.
