Wait for the right moment to pass the camera.
Cut through the middle in between the two rows of sarcophagi.
Pass the next row on the lower side and go to the middle again.
Move to the tiles next to each sarcophagus when it is green.
You need biotech 3 for one
(Token from MC should do if not tagged)
Return via same route.
Wait at safe tiles to discover camera patterns and the best moment and target tile to move to.
Cloaking device can only be used once!
Handy things:
- High stealth (tag)
- No stealth penalties from gear
- High Dex for more AP
- Ghost
- Prowler
- Cloaking device with all upgrades, preferably Mk2 battery
Tags in lockpick, computers, and electronics.
Most people prefer to use Faythe for this or Mastermind MC
Edit: I do think it seems well balanced b/c it took hours of reloading to accomplish this
Sharing the lessons learned; I had to ask for advice myself as well, but thankfully this is a great and helpful community.
Correctamundo, +60 Sneak SP and +90XP for a clean getaway.
Is that even possible?
I thought if you kill them the cameras go red.
I killed both guards a few days ago and didnt have any issue with cameras going red.
The pathing I used was.
Approach the top sarcophagus without giving any noise to the bottom guards.
Move back and forth in two tiles that only give noise to the top guard.
When she gets alerted enoujg to investigate she moves your way between the top and middle sarcophagus, activate stealth gadget, kill her, retreat to furthest away green tile.
Walk all the way behind the bottom sarcophagus to noise alert the other guy.
Hide in the bottom sarcophagus crevice.
Then in 1 turn move all the way to the top sarcophagus crevice.(needs 20AP for this path)
The surviving guard should path to explore in such a way that his back is revealed to you and you can just walk in and kill him.
Then loot all things and leisure stroll out.
This is exactly the point which i really dislike about stealth in Colony Ship, because it feels so gamey and is immersion breaking. It would be much better to create a 'make noise' action which generates noise at your current position or -with a feat- within a few tiles of your current position.
